A wisp of dalliance

Beyond the dark dimension
Where reality turns to stone
I smuggle in a wisp of dalliance
to settle the whisperers tone

To capture vie in moments
To enrapture its malign
The grip it holds to atonement
Is misleading to my align

Equip the latent vermin
To pile egregious thought
Into the minds of the languid
Where the cynical are wrought

The rile of spoken value
Mixes in with veiled tears
Beneath the darkened solace
Is the grip of errant fears

Inhaling such distemper;
an injustice to the essence
Finding growth within the valley
Structuring an effervescence

And as lust adorns the tissues
And envy clones thy sword
The pride of must within you
Is inherently adored

Philosophy’s endeavour:
