For the first time in months

I enjoyed catching up
You told me you're glad I'm happy
You said that's all that matters

I so badly wanted to tell you how much I miss you
But I couldn't
I want to tell you I love you
But I shouldn't

You said that my happiness is all that matters
If you truly felt that way
why is my heart shattered?

I'm trying to understand why suddenly I matter
When you didn't even flinch as my heart shattered
