Redemption Poems
#redemption
Redemption poems, poetry about coming to terms with mistakes made in life, and poems on seeking spiritual forgiveness. Here you'll find poems about being saved from sin or evil.
How far can you throw
Sometimes it's cold here
embers white burning
musty smell cold dark hole
how deep do you dig
through the clay and shale rock
how deep do you dig
til you find your way home
out the front door
sun over my shoulder
ball flying high
up to the sky
hey
come out and have a catch
sorry just don't have the time ...

SHE
It is beautiful raining morning.
The traffic is set like military greetings the flag.
The red light of the cars decorate the blurry view through the torring rain pour.
And the windscreen clean gently waving left and right and believers waving hand in worship.
From my window I glance at the beauty of the nature.
It was all quiet. The rain beating the earth like Chinese "gaogu"
Rythme with the cars engines.
Her perfect body sculpted by the suprime God himself, appear at the gaze of all.
Her beautiful hands move...

travelers
still lights
now lit,
dawn
or night,
the edges
of
the pavement
wet
with travelers,
their voices
like photographs
wading
through genuine
amounts
of time,
some
going forward,
some trying
to go
back,
but,
none realize
that it
doesn't matter
which
direction
they choose,
we are
mostly
stuck in
the middle.,

lasting impressions
you can
gather me
up in
your angel
like wings,
hide me,
tuck me
safely
next to
your breast,
i am
happy,
contented
here,
no dream
could
be better.

Excalibur
Remaining tempted to crack vulgar wise
at my sixty years of sophomoric age
tempers routine existence with surprise
at wit in modicum upon a page,
stuck in adolescent irreverence
half cast in the whirlwind patina
of mortality in disseverance...
like Bosnia and Herzegovina,
or better yet, a classical decay,
like marbled Mediterranean blocks
longing for former glory in the day
when youth withstood multivariate shocks
reminisced in a Roman alphabet...
as it's the doom of men...when they forget.

Of Nature's Worth In Words
Nature, and Earth and poetry, from nature into words, give your words
pigmental hues and translate them into living beings.
Glory to the tree, splendor of the mountain....
Energy of the wind and of the sea
Solid is the rock on the mountain's top
Fluent, the waters when they stream like poetry....
carrying all the human cares, sins and pains ashore...
Nature is worth the words shed on her land
full of warmth that breaths humanity and spirituality
Patience rhymes with obedience, with kindness....
Lore...

Fraying Rope
After all these years,
you're still there,
crawling among memories
of your childhood
in the basement of life.
So much of you is gone,
so much of you is dust,
yet, you still ask
for a blanket, a kiss,
s bedtime story,
so I light another cigarette,
eat another sandwich
but it's never enough:
your tears keep burning me,
your cries keep tearing me apart
to sad little stripes
until gluing myself back together
becomes almost impossible,
yet, I'm still here.
This fraying rope of a man ...

Raised from the dead
Remove these stones
From my tomb
Gotta live my life
Outside of this womb
You can't keep me down
I'm putting up a fight
I refuse to play zombie
In your puppet life
I'm coming back
Better than before
With a brand new arsenal
To settle the score
No longer saddled by addiction
I refuse to lie in my made bed
Clean and sober
I'm raised from the dead
From my tomb
Gotta live my life
Outside of this womb
You can't keep me down

bloomin' sacrifices
the fate of fallen flow'rs
a sonnet
“A flower’s appeal is in its contradictions—so delicate in form yet
strong in fragrance, so small in size yet big in beauty, so short in
life yet long on effect.”—Terri Guillemets
cut flow'rs are part of adam's fallen race:
today they bloom, tomorrow losing face,
wind-dancing in the fragrant morning light,
ere comatose they waste in vasen plight.
the hand that culls them is the sword of fate,
the withering, as man's brief days abate;
the seeds that fall, the progeny of love,

A serenading Whisper in Return. Love is the Message.
I awakening to a sweet parade of music, marching inside of my head, And it is so slow and mellow. My heart dances to it's melody. Like a flame to a moth, yet what is a flame to a King. Kindle wood to turn a flame into a bonfire. And her song is burning inside my head. Warming my soul warming my bed. Serenades seducing me with beautiful love songs. That are flickering red, and I reach out to touch it. This forest has a desire to be burned, with love in kind, and love in turn. Her love songs are going to burn this forest down. Just to return. I love your Sweet Serenade my Queen. So play on,...

Intrepid Traveler
Oh, you poor intrepid traveler
If only you knew, we're all cheering for you
Because we're all in the know
Except for you; no, you don't have a clue
Your journey entertains
From which you can't refrain, oh no
It's the same old story again and again
Oh, you poor intrepid traveler
If only you knew, we all walk in your shoes
From the comfort of our home
We all watch everything you do
The movie entertains
But we can feel your pain, oh boy
As you’re bound to live it unto no end
Oh, you poor intrepid...
