Another bloody rose leaving its trail
that I always hope you'd never find.
Roses are red,
violets are blue,
Breaking the chains of fear
and showing you the truth.

See, when I write, I'm no longer afraid. I can trust how beautiful life is and how beautiful my love for you has changed me. I may be afraid I'll never let go. I may be afraid that I keep making the wrong decisions. I may be afraid it's all my fault.

But when I write, I feel like the title of my book- Free.

In my head, while I'm driving, I see it all. I see Alia, my alter ego character, looking down a well as if she's Samara Morgan and hearing your cries. Then, pushed down it into another dimension with you, holding your hand. I'm able to love you and not be afraid of saying how much I need you. I see heightened beauty in all the games I played and shows I watched growing up, able to write these romantic fanfictions. I'm immersed in Heaven with you. Our souls are one, and suddenly, I'm not afraid.

I don't know if I ever will move on, if a second twin flame will come and snatch me away.

But there's you. There's always you.
