Playing The Card

I can clean up well.
Eat your heart out,
though it’s just a shell.

You don’t have clout
here to use as currency.
I am beyond you.

Stop calling me with urgency.
It wasn’t me who blew
our relationship to smithereens.

I outran your lies
and became a queen.
I no longer cry.
