Mad Hatter

In Wonderland,we paint white roses red.
Each shade from a different person's head.
This all feels like a dream.

Almost like a daydream.
Insane,crazy,is all I've been.
You try to tell the psychiatrist about it.

You tell her what you've seen.
You say,she has gone mad!
Like the Mad Hatter, sanity is all I had.

I'm mad,I'm crazy.
Living in cloud nine.
In Wonderland,where every illusion blends.

And every creature stands.
And insanity is all it sends.
My friends don't walk.

No,instead they run.
Hopping into rabbit holes for fun.
To escape the madness around.

So I can be with the crazies, and not the normals.
Because we don't walk,we run.
Hopping in rabbit holes for fun.

You tell the psychiatrist something is wrong.
But my mind sings a whole another song.
Where is my prescription?

And where is my insane new addition?
I'm peeling the skin off my face.
To show my true form and race.

For my brain is scattered.
But it never mattered.
I know you're crazy,too.

Entirely bonkers.
Show your true self,too.
Maybe you could be Alice.

And let's go over the bend.
Entirely bonkers,no need to pretend.
Because the best people are mad.

And they wear his signature hat.
Come with me to Wonderland.
And let me show what madness meant.

It means sticking together.
And no judgement whatsoever.
Just madness,me and you.

Hop into the rabbit hole, and let your true self shine through.
This dream is a killer.
Getting drunk with a blue caterpillar.

Madness is not a sin,nor a disease.
We all have it deep down.
It's how we get along.

Everyone is mad in their own way.
So follow me to Wonderland all the way.
I will not judge you,and let's be crazy the whole day.
