When a day starts
it is unknown for all of us
how it may play out
For when we rouse from that slumber
whether it is in the radiant light of the Sun
or sheltered in night's embrace
What wonders will come?
Yet with an open heart
each day breaks through
as a herald of
opportunity and occasions
from within the chaos that is life.
