Worn Chair
Invite your feelings.
To sit in the mind's worn chair.
Listen and let go.
To sit in the mind's worn chair.
Listen and let go.

I warned you not to go inside that 'Abandoned House' lol but it looks like you did anyway. Very atmospheric! 😊😉

Thank you for that lovely comment
There is a poem called The Guesthouse, which suggests inviting your emotions to be felt.
Thx for stopping bye

Re. Worn Chair
I think, therefore, I sit, right? Ha-ha, just kidding. Good job of capturing the feel you were trying to get across. Also love the title, in that it could allude to being a double entendre. You could "wear" your chair, in that you embody being thoughtful, and are thus observed so, on a 3rd-person level. Also, the chair is "worn" in that it is used thoroughly, which involves a lot of changing positions with thought, and wearing out. Could be interpreted both ways. Anyway, thanks for sharing.

Hey, I very much enjoyed your comments, thank you!
Let yourself feel how worn the emotion feels, feel it and then let it go.
I always enjoy your take on it.
Have a great day

Re: Re. Worn Chair
Yeah, feelings are important, and a lot of that is how you learn and adapt. Everything isn't just psychoanalytical and literal. I like how you capture both the feel of the chair to sit and think, and the thoughts. I was just pointing it out from a literal perspective, heh. That's kind of how I tend to think. I'm not really one that wears my heart on my sleeve, but I do appreciate aesthetics and beauty and environmental captivation and the like. I just tend to find so much ignorance, over-generalization, and abuse of such, that I seem averted to be against it with a fervor and zeal, if that makes sense. That's just how I come across, sometimes. Anyway, again, good write.
