Aching through Eternity
Aching through eternity.
How can you feel so heavy
yet so empty?
Simultaneously.
Stone lead hearts
and soul black holes.
Trees ache for the riot
of supple leaves.
Aching wants
are not aching needs
I acutely ache for the return of me.
Empty deny's aching to be full.
My heavy thoughts dream
of veins of empty peace.
Nature's beauty aches to be.
Every single ache,
is a different want and a
different need.
How can you feel so heavy
yet so empty?
Simultaneously.
Stone lead hearts
and soul black holes.
Trees ache for the riot
of supple leaves.
Aching wants
are not aching needs
I acutely ache for the return of me.
Empty deny's aching to be full.
My heavy thoughts dream
of veins of empty peace.
Nature's beauty aches to be.
Every single ache,
is a different want and a
different need.

This is very good. Very evocative of a visual depiction of emotion and feeling. I like the analogies you used, and the language to speak of both want and need, as well as the contrast and comparison of being full and empty on an emotional scale. You're really doing quite well in mixing all of the tangibles of a good artist. Again, impressive. Keeping putting work in, and let inspiration be stirred up within you!

"I acutely ache for the return of me."
The worst part of it all is how much of yourself you really lose in the exchange. There is a cost to everything. Every. Fucking. Thing. And after you've paid normalcy is redirected.
I don't think the old version exists save as a memory, and the mourning, the understanding and the burial of past selves that we really liked sucks ass. There are totally moments when I looked up and thought "I was so much better before him/her/this."
As always, lovely natural interlay.

Hi Michael. I was trying to find a pic to depict ache. That is actually a pic of pain fibers, I thought it was haunting.
