SWEET TEARS

TEARS!
They are associated with
pain, anger, pollution,
sickness, theater, frustration.
fear, and unknown causes.
I was taught that
Big Boys don't cry.
THEN,
Oh then you came into
my life and demonstrated
kindness, patience, forgiveness.
acceptance...you loved me  in
spite of me.
The day that hit me between
the eyes soft tears started
slowly escaping from my eyes.
my body felt euphoric and traveled
to another world. Even writing
this is blurred by tears.
YES,
big boys cry when love controls
mind, body, and soul.  
Tonight the Kissing  Place
will be the Crying Place.
I can taste our tears now.
