I had to google. It's a little bit more than pork and herbs! Haslet is a Lincolnshire meat loaf made of minced pork and other ingredients nowadays, but originally was made from animal's fry or entrails, especially braised or compressed into a meat loaf.

But, yes! It can't be worse than Spam, though I'll never find out!
