DO BIG BOYS EVER CRY?

I, like many boys,
was taught that
"Big boys don't cry."
Another popular admonition
was "Don't  let 'em see you sweat."
When called names,"Suck it in
and have a good come back."
When the physical pain is
so severe and your body wants
to seep water from your eyes,
fight it and keep wiping.
Years ago, when studying anatomy,
the nervous system, etc. I
learned that the human body
is deigned to release toxins,
tension, and more through tears.
I became a believer in "Tear Therapy."
I cry when I think of you and our love;
the beauty of the morning sunrise,
Okay! I'll stop.
YES!
Some big boys cry who
wear "black belts."
