I got out of bed around two
And walked naked to the bathroom
I turned on the shower too hot
And underneath the stream
My skin turned fiery
I just didn’t want to be blue anymore

A lot of times during my depressive episodes I don’t post because my thoughts feel too disorganized & writing feels scattered.
