Pink Roses

I have seen the world and been of the world. Only, every bite of the world begot more hunger.
I have worn pants and climbed as far as the ladder. With a full-on career in service, I feel most empty even with a positive balance in the account.

My dreams are now of pink roses; a small country house by the lake facing the mountain, a partner to keep me laughing and these beautiful triplets complete my joy!"

I had thought to feed the world. Instead, the world made a feast on me.

It's only in My Lord Jesus Christ I'm sate.
