Then Comes The McIntosh
Seemingly, as drops of rain will fall
a flower will open its eyes,
for it a pansy
and nature will smile
a blade of grass will dance
with the wind's bassoon
as trees genuflect
neath Heaven's moon
listening to voices of creation
and then comes the McIntosh
seemingly, as drops of rain will fall
dripping its sweet cider
a flower will open its eyes,
for it a pansy
and nature will smile
a blade of grass will dance
with the wind's bassoon
as trees genuflect
neath Heaven's moon
listening to voices of creation
and then comes the McIntosh
seemingly, as drops of rain will fall
dripping its sweet cider
