Is it Tension or Cluster or Some Other Crime?

I had a two day headache and fainted so I thought I was going to die.
A death on my birthday? What a crime, o, fear-filled agony!

The pounding in my head like Guilt dragging shoulders.
What ragdoll, what me as ragdoll, o, doll of rags is me oh mine.

Dehydration as a culprit is mere ignorance;
I suspect there was something else going on.

Do you suspect any suspicions on the grime of temples
who bear agony to its sisterhood of brow bone?

Side court, side away as how could I not realize
you were not the spirit within my brain.

Whatever I say, whatever I do is subject
to my own delusions and outcomes.
