mindfulness
takes bits

it is difficult to do
something small
in a meaningful way

It's often leaving yourself so incredibly open and raw, with all your humanity splattered upon the page... Those are some of my favorite types of poems to read... Because I know just how much the author has given of themselves, I can empathize ....
