Say Anything
Always urged to never swear,
Except on a bible stack in court,
We slowly learn trusty words are rare
And to scrutinize the public report.
That's why we read forensically,
And how the law must ever think,
Likewise applied journalistically
As to avoid mass media stink.
But cut them all a little slack
Since truth to tell can be hard work
And inquiry with the force of flak
Has the inquisitor seem like a jerk,
Akin to the sort that come and go
To the doubtful merit of Guantanamo!
