Free Fall

I threw myself into countless abysses
just to get you out of the dark.
You grabbed my hand and threw me off the cliff.
I dived into darkness to bring you light
and when I supported you to reach the top,
to get out of the chaos that everything has become,
you grabbed my hand and threw me off the cliff.

I see you far away in several planes,
and your show of affection
now rehearsed and automatic,
you grabbed my hand and threw me over the cliff.
Everything makes me believe we got lost.

At what moment did our shine fade?
When did "I love you" become so awkward?
I see myself running for us
while you don't want (or can't)
not take a step further.

You grabbed my hand and threw me over the cliff.

It was in your constant absence
that I noticed my name barely spoken in your mouth,
like you forgot everything.
Then you grabbed my hand and threw me over the cliff.

I will be completely powerless,
and at that time you will knock on the door
and you will close all that I have to go on.

I'm sorry!
[But I have to go my way now]
Grab my hand and throw me off the cliff.
