When Abortion is Self-defense
Why can't a woman defend her own life in America? If someone points a gun at a person, that person has a right to use deadly force to defend their life. So if having a baby will kill a woman because of some medical issue, how can Republikills decide that woman has no right to use deadly force to save her life? Any law that gets passed without allowing a woman to have an abortion without the freedom to protect her own life must be Constitutionally stricken down!

Why have I never heard this posed by anyone before? It seems clear to me that if the so-called pro-lifers are hypocrites on many levels. But there is an absolute right of self-defense in the United States!

I agree with this 100%. It's because of fanatical religious views that we are here. That men feel it is their right to keep us in a certain place in this world. I believe the main reason is they are terrified of us, afraid of all we can do naturally, and don't care if we have to die to do it. They are in their safe glass bubbles where they will never be affected by their decisions. It has nothing to do with them. The government as a whole is not working for us. Their main focus is $$$$$. If women abort, then all the money Doctors could have made is gone. Now they've created more scenarios of emergency care. This is the true motivation. Well, that and their hypocritical ass holes, determined to take all our rights away. I wonder what their mother's think of this. They obviously forget where they came from!!

It's ass backwards. They rather the woman die because God forbid she has one or more other children because what's inside matters more than the other lives. It's a stress on the system when they make choices based on religion and faith rather on logic and science.

While that is their rationalization, legally a woman has a right to self defense. So the question is not about morals or what they say God said. I am asking a Constitutional question about the law. What legal argument can be made against a woman's right to self-defense? The laws are already on the books, but as we have now had several cases of women nearly dying, or actually dying in hospitals where she has been having a miscariage and bleeding to death because doctors won't do the medical procedure for fear of being arrested for performing an abortion that will save her life.
The politicians who passed the law that prevents doctors from performing life saving surgery should be arrested, tried, convicted and sentenced to death for murder if the woman dies, attempted murder, if she lives, assault on the woman and unborn baby and murder of the child if it dies during the birth process. Nothing less than beheading will do. No chance for appeal!
The latest incident was in a hospital where they sent a woman home who was bleeding severely as she was miscarrying. She had blood pouring out of her vagina and they sent her home. WHAT THE FUCK?
This exact thing has happened several times already. These pigs must die, after their fair trial, of course... If they are going to act like barbarians, then I say. What goes around, comes around!
Do unto others as they have so viscously done to innocent women! These women were not seeking abortions, they were trying to have babies, but they miscarried. The positions deliberately made no exceptions for the life of the mother. Murder is the crime, death must be the penalty for passing a law that causes a woman to die! Off with their heads!!!!!!
