Voces Animarum. Links.

Ever since I discovered that no, my work does not make people feel worse, but in fact makes them feel better...the greatest goal of these endeavors is one thing: To help. I want my Readers to feel heard. I want you to feel like I provide a safe place for you, and for you to feel to feel like somebody understands. I never really had that. I still do not have that--in many ways. But if I can give that to my Readers, nothing I will have done will have been done for no reason. The last thing I want is to make my you feel like you do not matter to me. I don't want to be one of those artists who acts like they are above anybody. Yes--I am a pompous, boastful, arrogant person when it comes to my art. But nobody really knows how important it is to me that I help all of you survive whatever it is YOU are going through. If I can do that through my creations, then nothing else matters.
