world - more than one

I live in many worlds
and in each world
I have a home
one world is breathing  
on this mobile screen,  
one world is living  
on paper
one world is booming  
in my heart
one world that I imagine  
and one world is making  
noise around me. Haaaaah!
 
And carrying the weight  
of  all these worlds
how can I survive?  
How do I maintain my  
relationships  
with so many worlds  
at the same time?  
How do I forget myself?
