Dangle to nape defined

Of dress
And tresses are roofed
By sienna flapper hat
Below her hemline ornaments sway
In changes as subtle as sundial shadows
Indian paintbrush native
Of the coffee shop realm
A Saharan sparrow
Who could summer in St. Tropez
