Sun And Moon
They all huddle and dance,
for now I can't join,
they are fine without me to ruin their rhythm,
that's what I do best.
They create stitches in the tiles they tread upon,
beautiful embroidery for those who dare look at such illusions.
They have more because they couldn't live with less,
those who hide behind glamorous companions,
but we smile without such finery.
We who have triumphed over their scrutiny,
and see the sun and moon eat breakfast each morning as it really is.
