I add to my reading list because I want to go back and read again. I actually do that a lot.    I do see your point now. Because I do that doesn't tell you that I actually like and absolutely 100% is deserved because as you said the majority of us ARE writers and we should!   I am teachable after all.

Some people here use their avatars as billboards.  They put it on every poem and don't comment much.  It's like a currency.  Buying followers.  I won't name names but you'll see it after awhile.  Hence my poem.  I tell it as I see it.

Direct is the style in NYC isn't it. ;) Well I like direct. I feel like the Reading List is meant for things you think are so good you would read them again. But also for visibility to other people that you feel something is very good. In both cases, why not leave a comment to truly let that person know what you think. You know they will appreciate that the most even if it's a short one. I just wish I had more time to read and comment because there are so many wonderful reading list worthy pieces. A very meaningful message...

I am one of those who just does RL. Sometimes my comments cause more trouble than they solve. I RL poems because I enjoy reading them. But when I write a comment I often say something strange. So I stopped  comenting in order not to offend with my bizzar comments. I comment when I am 100% sure I will not offend or cause anyone hassel.  I am a very paranoid commenter.
