Starlight
The twiggish lights
Hung like stars
Over broken branches
Trees
Like fleas
Sprung up
Everywhere
Under the glistening lights
As they hovered
And hung
Like fireflies
Suspended
Under the indoor skies
And the deeper i looked
Then i could see
Patterns appearing
Before me
Like clouds
Leaking snowflakes
Of irredescent light
Softly bright
Not burning
Yet still
There lies
A hidden yearning
Stars die
Yet still they light
The infinite skies
