Broken

As the tears slowly run down my face, this is a pain I didn't want to retrace.

In and out of this thing they call love, I'm done and placing my heart in a unsealing glove.

You appeared special a lot different from the rest, guess I was wrong cause you too failed the test.

Why is it so hard for one to be honest, faithful and true. Yet they come in destroy and leave more damage on you.

Now it's time for me to put my feelings on the shelf, heal myself from this damage so in time for the right one I'll be at my best in mind, soul and health.

Naw no need to explain what's understood needs no explanation, so Peace and love to you as you're off to your next destination.

Just one thing before we part, trust and believe you'll always remember my giving heart.
