Imagine if this were the news:
The Nazis won, ending the Jews’
Everything one could conceive
Nothing left except to grieve
Culture, nuance and tradition
Lost to gunpoint proselytism
Any left would bear the scars
Minds existing behind bars
Most would say they disappeared
Though it was all engineered

This is actually what happened
Colonizers drew a map and
Colored in right over them
No right to be American
Genocide before the world
Rolled out like a flag unfurled
America hides this truth inside
Its false and often violent pride
The Nazis won but over here
Things are far worse than you fear

Somehow still resolve exists
Thru all the years people resist
Making sure they’re still alive
Preparing for their kin to thrive
And all that will be asked of you
Empathy and a peaceful coup
A landing spot for many nations
Fertile beds need cultivation
Do not forget all that you owe
The time is nigh these fields to sow
