Tropical Island Queen (Caribbean Queen)

Powerfully hot romantic piece, took me to the poetic island paradise. Wild tropical islands can appeal to the primal instincts. Favourite stanza:    
    
"My back arched to his promises to please me...mmm...as he eased in."    
 
Can imagine that Billy Ocean song inspiring your poem, when I think of its lyrics. Adapting them somewhat, 'No more love on the run - there it HAS to be done".  
  
Coincidentally last night was the concluding series of a reality TV dating show called Love Island (a Mediterranean rather than tropical one) so your poem had a topical ring.

Beautiful piece by a beautiful writer, could not help but RL it.

I want to drink some rum while reading this a second time!   So sensual and tastefully done.  I like filling in the innuendos however they come to me, when I read others material.  The building around the obvious is the bait. It makes the reader use their own thoughts along with yours that are written.
