Hey beautiful goddess ;) It's really nice to see you. The painting is amazing as always, there is a lot going on there. And the depth of the expression of love, strength, and support is truly powerful and uplifting. If only everyone could find the person in life that makes them feel this way and vice versa then you can get through anything together. Although I also see the many other aspects like family and friends as well. It's a really beautiful message which warms the heart to read it. <3

I relate to this very much. I suffer with crippling OCD from debilitating anxiety. Panic attacks, hyperventilating, feeling like I cant swallow, feeling as if I cant breathe, fast heart rate, I used to shower 6 hours at a time, turning lights on and off for hours and hours at a time, continously checking things. You name it, I have it. This poem reminds me of myself. My mind wont let me be free. You wrote a good poem here.

I am sorry about your OCD and the anxiety.
It does sound severe. I’m not in a position to give advice but since you wrote to me about it, I can offer this…
Look at the past year of your life or pick any year. Remind yourself, you made it through.
No matter what thoughts or fears you had, you made it through.
Acknowledging that, allow yourself a few minutes, to just not worry.
It’s great you are writing poetry and hopefully that provides some relief.

Yes poetry has helped a lot. That and drawing. It takes my mind off of all my fears. Enjoy your night.
