The Dreaded Phase

The silent moment
The dreaded phase.
Uncomfortable
Untelling
Unknowing
Unfair
Silent dismissal

This is the part I hate it always come before the end of something great.

Are you hoping to just fade it out, make it end organically, like it happened naturally.
I know all the games, it's why I don't go outside to play.
Are you hoping to just wait it out, make me the one to say it outloud.
So you can avoid it and say I destroyed it?
A beneficial plot twist, to make your escape.

I will always be foolish
I cannot change.
I cannot take away,
the part of me that craves,
That wants.
That waits.

If you want to go then go.
I'm stoic, I won't cry.
I'll just dissociate again.
Live my life numb.
Lonely
Forgotten
Uncaring
Indifferent.
Alone.
It's ok.
