Learning ( Heal )
A lesson learned is another chance earned
So walk away from the fires and the bridges you've burnt
Asking for forgiveness from another
Gives you reason to suffer
So forgive yourself
begin to recover
Cherish the moments that you left behind
You'll Become stronger and you will then realize.
The smile that you've now put away
wasn't a waste of time and you will be ok
Open your chest you'll begin to feel
Accept your mistakes
So you can let your heart heal

Author's Note
I made this Spoken word as a positive outlet after my breakup , I have been dealing with mental health issues for a long time and it was ultimately the cause of the breakup . Recently i have taken more steps to move forward and heal and even after the heart break i have been avoiding drinking , drugs and self destructive behaviour and looking for a more positive outlet . Please enjoy

A great message, suffering and the past can truly drive us into vices trying to escape but always haunted by it. Whether sex, drugs, alcohol, or any number of other things that make us forget and alter our perception. I really enjoyed the video and reading, it was great to hear. I hope you are doing well and wishing you lots of happiness.
