Gaharu

There’s been summers before this one a comin’
though I can only remember the heat

After all, these came to me before after I met
the sea

Long before I KNEW me
I’d been aware of higher beings
& an untouchable, intangible
Destiny

I am traces of celestial dust
sand and sea
definitely
You and me

Human beings

We

There have been summers
I’ve known all too well

Focused on my discomfort
I lost sense of a creator
Her life to earth
Her worth

Her

Gaia
