Hoi hoi
Some 25 years ago, I wrote a Dutch haiku about coffee. I hope you don’t mind if I ‘answer’ with a haiku. As is the traditition…. Isn’t it?
Dutch:
Peinzend kijk ik in
Dat kleine kopje koffie
Is dat expres zo?
Translation:
Pensive I look in
That little cup of coffee
Is that expres-so?
Needless to say I don’t like your haiku. I like it a lot! A whole lot!
