Suburban deprivation
That look of resignation

Rent arrears, life's big squeeze
Heat or eat, Friday comes
Sink or swim, do the sums

trying to find the corner in a circular room
I threw a packet of dirty
bread rolls at the wall tonight
dirty because my child stole them
and emptied them on the floor
to play with like wheaty squishies
We don't have much food
and I reached the end of my patience
with the kind of unhinged scream
that should be reserved for series issues
In the grand scheme of things
this is nothing
but in the day to day struggles
this was the culmination of everything
I can't control
And the worst part is
that vocal retching didn't help
it...

My Final Words...To You
To you my love,
By the time you read this letter, I will be passed on
Please don't cry.
I know how much you loved me & I loved you.
The pressure from my wife and "The Boss" was getting the best of me.
I know she was going to find out everything about me and all of my secrets.
I owed "The Boss" over $30,000.00
He was out to kill me.
It was either me serving prison time, or being beat and murdered by him or me committing suicide.
Obviously I went with the latter.
No one can or will trace me to you.

Corporate Executives in diapers
Useless as they are
Having their entourage with them
Maids, butler's, secretaries, advisor's etc...
Always there to look out for their best interests
Men & Woman in business attire crying in restaurants when their help is nowhere to be found
One quick phone call and someone is on their way
She arrived
Just in time before that meeting at 9 am!
The maid took the babbling exec to the restroom to change his diaper
She held his hand
The patrons there looked in disgust and continued eating
This shit...

Don't take love for granted
What happened to you?
You use to have the biggest smile on your face
You would always seem so positive & optimistic about everything
You were my inspiration, my confidant, my friend, my lover
You made me strive to become what I am today
Do you remember, we had nothing?
We struggled terribly
Barely any money for bills, food or decent clothing
I grew the company from just me to having over 100 employees
We made it!!
I was able to buy whatever we needed or wanted
We have three homes and enough money in the bank for the rest of our lives...
