Thanks BK -- I'm the rebel in the family, looking rather conventional but doing my own thing -- I guess it's a poet's slant on life. All the best for 2022, Josh.

Dear J,
I think this means you can get more done in a day😊. This is a very interesting poem because were designed to be one side dominant, that some of us can utilize both sides in specific ways is very cool. Im right handed but feel more comfortable holding a fork in my left hand. And for sure I prefer left handed compliments. 😉

Thank you H for interesting comment, and RL. When I was at school in the 1960s they were just beiginning to not force left-handers to write with their right hands. I was jealous of left-handers because I thought it was cool and special. So I guess I developed a left-handed way of looking at the world in compensation. But isn't that what all creative people do? Wishing you all the best for 2022, Josh.

Thanks monkeyman. 'Look normal, think differently' is kind of a life-mantra of mine. All the best for 2022, Josh.

being selectively left handed i can relate to the sinful pleasures of not being right at times :)

Thank you for the comment. Poets, by definition I guess, need to experience the world differently from the majority, otherwise how can they write with the necessary unexpected slant on life?

We're complex beings with often contradictory characteristics, but they're what makes us human. Nicely written, Josh.
