Don't place your
values on me;
keep your rules
to yourself;
I'll not dance to
your music or spout
your platitudes.
It's MY body--
ever cell, fiber,
bone, hair, etc. and
I'll do with it as I desire.
NO,
I'll not invade or
force my desires
on you, we can however
talk and share our
likes and dislikes;
wants and don't want.
I'll not tell you what to do;
WHY
don't we compromise?
Why don't we give IT
a try. I'm willing to

I loved your poem. The idea with being equal within a relationship instead of one changing who they are in order to satisfy their partner. A relationship will always considered both partners trying to make everything work and thrive and you put it beautifully well within your poem.😊
