Image for the poem Unmovable

Unmovable

It's cold here
I've shivers down my spine
My mittens don't cut it
I am, however unmovable
Standing here in awe
Of the breathtaking snow
Recalling the sled rides
And the snow men
Of my childhood days
Way up north
Living on the tip of
The Allegheny Forrest

Few memories of
Those long gone days
Are quite as precious
As the one's spent
Frolicking in the
Pure, white snow
Under it's blissful spell
