When I first started painting many years ago, everyone was an artist, even people who had no connection to art.   One day it hit me that I should be painting so I started...  I'm entirely self taught without a literal bone in my body.  Abstraction called me and I answered.

I remember distinctly doing this painting.  I was always in awe of it that I did it.  It's big though and hung in my apartment for years.  My nephew is an artist with a big farm house in Western Massachusetts and it hangs there now .... Along with my hubcap collection.   Art rubs in my family for reasons unknown ..

I like  though the lines are fuzzy....maybe done intentionnally to reflect a certain state of mind. (As opposed to your other work I saw where the blocks are clearly defined).

It's acrylic but I submitted it through a digital process, hence the softer edges.  I think it works both ways ....
