wishful dreaming
I wish you would
dream about me
when asleep,
but a wish is just
a dream,
and a dream is
just a wish,
and the light from
the sun will never
shine into their dark
valley's,
as I will never walk
the mirrored hallways
of your dreamscape,
or be a wish that
you wish would
ever come
true.
