Emotional Roller-coaster
Anxiousness is the order of the day,
Not knowing what to expect in the
Face of the day,
Facing the might of uncertainties
Along with zero guarantees…
All you have is faith in the midst
Of worries,
Your mind all over the place yet
No accurate destination,
Trying to calm and keep it together,
Sigh….
It’s not that simple,
No, it’s not….
The loud sirens in your mind
Causing confusions,
Causing a mental disorder,
Are you losing it?
Are you a mental case?
Or it’s just a case of
A flood of worries causing a tsunami
Effect of anxiousness.
…. Breathe just breathe, all will calm at the end….

Anxiety is counting
Courage is getting on with life in spite of it.
My son battles anxiety to this day.
His guitar honestly saved his life.
