Blu
Baby Blu,
What am I going to do with you?
My little kitten, so wild and free,
Dashing about faster than the eye can see.
At your happiest, you purr so loud,
I question whether thunder erupted from a cloud.
An expert at delivering the sweetest kisses,
It leaves me reeling how quickly they turn into hisses.
Your fur, as soft as freshly fallen snow,
With claws that pierce skin like a bow.
Still, I love your precious face,
I'm forever grateful to have found you in such a place.
So rough and unloving was that brush.
Where you hid,
Rebellious yet timid.
I was so sure you wouldn't want my affection,
Now, you accept it with no objection.
My baby Blu,
Where would I be without you?
What am I going to do with you?
My little kitten, so wild and free,
Dashing about faster than the eye can see.
At your happiest, you purr so loud,
I question whether thunder erupted from a cloud.
An expert at delivering the sweetest kisses,
It leaves me reeling how quickly they turn into hisses.
Your fur, as soft as freshly fallen snow,
With claws that pierce skin like a bow.
Still, I love your precious face,
I'm forever grateful to have found you in such a place.
So rough and unloving was that brush.
Where you hid,
Rebellious yet timid.
I was so sure you wouldn't want my affection,
Now, you accept it with no objection.
My baby Blu,
Where would I be without you?
