NEEDED
Regardless of the
direction you choose
to look, there is a
desperate need for
leadership on all levels,
among all people. Here
is a little acrostic I share
with my team.
WHAT IS A LEADER?
A leader...
L-eads himself FIRST
E-nthusiastic for cause/misson
A-ttitude set of positive
D-elegates responsibilities
E-mpowers others
R-eaches clear outcome objectives.
We desperately need leaders
who will lead from the front,
not the rear ... we use to have
these kind of leaders, where have
they all gone? Oh, I see, they
are trying to lead behind closed doors.

Even a casual look at the world reveals that leadership, not in name or title, is the crying need of the hour, day, week, month, and year. Thought I'd share a simple but powerful acrostic I use.

Oh, yes. Too many 'leaders', too many meetings, too many decisions behind closed doors and not enough of them getting their hands dirty. Thought provoking. Thank you.
