Power concedes nothing without a demand
Change requires the masses to take a stand
Banding together to endeavor for better days
Instead of chasing cheddar; trying to get paid
Gotta run the fade when they play bump & run
Staying cool, calm & collective when under the gun
Will you catch the pun after I punt the ball to you?
Or will you evade it like a pandemic of the swine flu?

I enjoyed the message of this, Damon. It is a clever metaphor, being the Band-Aid is society willing to accept the scraps of capitalism as though it's the cure-all for their lives. Unfortunately, generations follow suit and it becomes a societal pattern. Well done.
