Sweet Dreams

Hush my child
And drift to sleep
For in fields of gold
You soon may leap.

Where the sky is blue,
There will be you.
Braiding daisy chains
By a still lagoon.

Your crown and golden hair
Will be blowing in the wind
And your worries whisked away
To where the winds begin

So rest your head my little one
For your mind holds all the keys
To open doors to endless worlds
And to rest in sugar’d peace.
