Sleeping

Sleeping, dreaming, waking, wondering.
Although apart we try and drift into
sleep at the same time as if we are
together so we can share our dreams
and then, possibly, share our waking
so beginning a new day in harmony
perhaps making sweet love sharing
each touch and imbuing it with sweet
memories. Wondering what today will
bring and hoping our plans are what
we dreamt of last night and that today
will end with more peaceful sleep so
the cycle repeats
