Still The One
Does practice make perfect love?
When we’re two imperfect people no less perfect for each other
Enchantments and apologetics of
All the ways that I try and fail as a lover
Words like paper weights outline my heart in ink
Trying to transcribe all that you mean to me
Interpreting these emotions too deep to convey in all I think
When your beauty is more than just what’s at the surface of all there is to see
More than just the girl of my dreams but the angel of my awakening
Our hearts are knit of a common thread into the fabric of a life...

We're Into It. The Main Question Is Are You?
Lindsay walked topless
towards Kevin only to
see that he married
Valerie who wants to have
a threesome with the two friends.

A Possible Beach Side Ghostly Encounter
Scott was walking
on the beach
one Saturday
afternoon before he
thought he saw his late wife
Pamela on a large
boulder. But then, Pam's clone disappeared.

She Found Me
I was being shy and was trying hide
So I covered my eyes and to my surprise she found me
On that warm summer night under the moonlight
She walked up to me, lifted my cap looking in curiously
“Why are you hiding?” she said with that a smile
The moment our eyes met there was something
As her group of friends and mine met that first time
I felt my heart’s rhythm thumping and bumping
“I’m not hiding” I replied still trying to hide
With a shy smile she must’ve found appealing
I was trying to be smooth in those old days of youth ...

Ode to Ginger Gold, Madam of Frogtown
In the heat of Texas, 'neath the scorching sun,
I toil and sweat till the day is done.
With hands of steel, I pay my rent,
but my heart needs a love that’s heaven sent.
Up in Missouri, my wife does wait,
Her gentle smile, her love so great.
But in this town, love is bought and sold,
I find solace with a girl named Ginger Gold.
Her hair's aflame, her eyes are green,
A body like hers, I've never seen.
In her embrace, I forget the miles,
Lost in the sweetness of her baby smiles.

Old Age
I saw him staring at me
and I wondered what he saw.
Was it the days of long ago
or was he seeing what he saw.
Was he staring at my hair
turning a lovely shade of dull brown gray.
Or maybe it was my eyes of faded green
that weep from severe dry eye all damn day.
Or could it be that small spare tire
I proudly wear around my waist
never disappearing
just adding to my lovely rectangle shape.
Or possibly he's wondering
why I am looking back at him.
Are the same unappealing thoughts
running through his hairless head? ...

Mi Amor
How is it that I keep falling deeper and deeper in love with you
As the days and decades pass by
How is it that I soar more after I swore my devotion to you amor
Higher than all the clouds in the sky
I look forward to every morning so I can make you laugh,
I like to amuse you because I can never make you swoon
In the evenings my sensuality gets more chuckles out of you
And then before we fall asleep, you like to be the big spoon
When you smile that certain way I lose myself a bit
And when you get mad and look at me...
I don’t know...
As the days and decades pass by
How is it that I soar more after I swore my devotion to you amor
Higher than all the clouds in the sky
I look forward to every morning so I can make you laugh,

The Ones I Love
If I had it my way
Before I’d leave this place
It would be to be surrounded by the ones I love
Because at the end of this journey
Nothing would be more perfect
Than to have a send off by the ones I love
If I had a choice
And be given the chance
I’d smile on my way out amidst tears and goodbyes
Because I’d feel in my heart
That I lived a good life
Feeling happy the road led to a peaceful demise
But most of all
If I had it my way
On my last day before I leave this place
Is to feel your caress
Like I have...

The Fortunate Morsel
Mother's Day 2016...Noon: A True Story.
Upon a May morning at breakfast
My lady dined on some scramblege of eggs.
Lovingly blent, so no longer fowl...
She then, with ease, enjoyed the repast.
Then from still drowsy lips fell unchewed dregs,
That stained her blouse and made her scowl.
"Why scowl?" quoth I. "Thy breast was but gently pressed".
Then she said she feared her raiment was wrecked
And tis true that's no way to start the day.
Then I, of the crises, wisely addressed...
"Blame not the morsel upon...

Voluntary captivity
I was your afternoon pleasure
When no one was around
You played the flute
Desires were paramount
Now we have matured
You still have me
But boldly you mount
To feel me inside
When no one was around
You played the flute
Desires were paramount
Now we have matured
You still have me
But boldly you mount
To feel me inside
