Sunset Ring
In competition with a promised paradise
I'm a little tied to the brick weighing me down
The plates below my feet rumble out of anger
The island is breaking and reshaping all around
But is that the truth?
I can't believe anything that you say
I can't think without the rings in my ears
I can't shake it, shake it, I can't shake
Sunset Ring out of my hollow heart
"Who knew that the car would flip?"
I ask myself every single day
"Who knew it would be the time to pass?"
I question myself every second
Stick around to comfort me
You can call me what you want
But this was never easy
The rings haven't collapsed yet
Even though I'm not deserving
But is that the truth?
I can't believe anything that you say
I can't think without the rings in my ears
I can't shake it, shake it, shake it
Sunset Ring out of my hollow heart
But is that the truth?
I can't believe anything that you say
I can't think without the rings in my ears
I can't shake it, shake it, shake it
Sunset Ring out of my hollow heart
I'm a little tied to the brick weighing me down
The plates below my feet rumble out of anger
The island is breaking and reshaping all around
But is that the truth?
I can't believe anything that you say
I can't think without the rings in my ears
I can't shake it, shake it, I can't shake
Sunset Ring out of my hollow heart
"Who knew that the car would flip?"

"Who knew it would be the time to pass?"

Sunset Ring out of my hollow heart
