I love lush eroticism, but who doesn't. Getting the impression of running theme regarding those last two lines. lol Oh, and I love fondue - you know Melting Pot, the restaurant - 2 hearts as one + cheese + chocolate!!! Yes Indeed.

The line, "And everything that was before Will leave, will melt on the threshold" - made me think of reformatting a data drive erasing the previous memory, and now there is plenty of space for new memories.

It reads like it's somewhere in between a dream and fantasy, with passion and eroticism. The highlighting of "you" and "me" with a couple of others makes it aesthetically pleasing too.

Sorry, I’m so behind in reading this week. After several musings I have landed on the thoughts I know best, prayer and hope. I know this probably reads very obscurely but as I kept reading, it felt like a prayer to fulfill a much needed amorous void. One that keeps the spark of interest and desire afloat. Yet, trust between two people, knowing you can rely on that person with your inner most hidden wants. And hope, because we all have it no matter how hard it is to hang onto, that there is someone out there who will fit this marvelous description to traverse this life. This is a wonderful write despite my odd viewpoint. Your elegant turns of phrase have class and grace which is not at all easy but you make them read so. Awesome poem, as per. H🌷
