self doubt pilfers order harmony balance
atomic hour thunders down the track
you are a piece of grit caught in a vacuum
where air is soured with the stench of piss soaked shit
the world comes crashing over in an endless wave of damage
there is no escape
the fire exit spits you out onto the corner of fuck n hell
you dont belong here

you wander sidewalks aimlessly under oxblood skies
desperately you search for objects to erase the mess
coffee
sugar
spirit n o
you are wrong
there are no flames to quell
no famine to feed
only a sinister ego junkie cooking your emotions
eyes scan belligerent streets
night creeper vision seeks v e l o c i t y
something C O L O S S U S
something HEAVY
mass x acceleration = blind date

I love how the format of this lends itself to making the reader feel the anxiety of the speaker. Well done on that.

Powerful soul searching it seems like Alexander. My Buddhist teacher would call it shadow work, leaning into the uncomfortable, to increase capacity. Your writing is so unique. Always a pleasure.
